John Dong, Partner in Baohua Law Firm, said:

“We could not be more excited about joining ELLINT. It gives us a great opportunity to create a competitive advantage for our firm and the other members of ELLINT. Nowadays with so many companies expanding and employees moving around the world, clients need advisers who can help and guide them in more than one jurisdiction. ELLINT will help us connect the Chinese and European markets and beyond, so that potential clients can reach out and learn more about what we do. That is the common goal shared by all members of ELLINT. We have a strong belief that ELLINT will make it easier for all its members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients worldwide.

Darren Clayton, Ellint Chairman and Doyle Clayton’s Senior Partner, said:

“ELLINT’s organisation has grown to cover the major European legal hubs and centres. With clients increasingly asking for our help with their existing Chinese operations as well as looking to take advantage of the opportunities that the country provides, expanding into Asia was a logical move. It was essential to choose the right partner to make this next step. Baohua Law has impressed us greatly with its dynamism and entrepreneurial outlook. The firm is an excellent fit with ELLINT’s other members and their client bases and we are delighted to welcome them into the organisation.”
