Mette Klingsten Law Firm LLP is a member of ELLINT (Employment and Labor Lawyers International), which is a collaboration between specialized law firms in Europe and Asia. The members of ELLINT counts recognized law firms from Belgium, China, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

We and our ELLINT colleagues advise not only clients across national borders. We also offer training to our common clients and contacts. For example, we give seminars on the rules on dismissal in a number of European key jurisdictions. We coordinate efficiently, work together where necessary, and advise and take instructions through a single point of contact. In addition, we produce law documents for use in a number of countries. 

In jurisdictions where ELLINT cannot help directly, we work with trusted professionals at the most reputable local law firms to ensure that our clients’ needs are fully serviced.

In addition to advising companies and individuals, we also advise employee organizations. We also assist in connection with business transfers across national borders.
