Carley has been dealing with employment law issues for 10 years. Carley has extensive experience in hiring employees from abroad in Denmark, and with Danish companies’ hiring of employees in other European countries as well as the USA and Asia, including in collaboration with our international network ELLint. Carley also advises on the consequences of Brexit for companies with employees in the UK.
Carley also advises on remuneration packages and assists in drafting personnel policies.
In addition, Carley has previously worked with employee relations in connection with tenders, outsourcing of operational tasks and other forms of business transfer, including information and consulting processes.
Carley has also, through many years of experience as a lawyer, assisted in a number of cases of discrimination and equal treatment in connection with, among others, pregnancy, maternity leave, disability and age. This has included counseling for both employers and employees.
Carley also deals with some of the sport’s conditions, including agreements on employment or other forms of affiliation with sports clubs.
